Terms & Conditions

Conditions relevant to SMG's Multimedia Creative.

Ownership
Scraper Graphics Media Group LLC (SMG) agrees to sign over all rights associated with ownership and usage of materials developed by SMG to the customer upon receipt of final payment for creative materials. Until that time SMG retains and reserves ALL RIGHTS to any content, design, module(s), program(s), or otherwise purchased and/or created or developed by SMG as set forth by the Copyright Laws of the United States of America (Title 17 U.S.C., et seq., and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act). Once full payment is received by SMG, all rights to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the client for use in all media, in all markets, in perpetuity. SMG retains and reserves the right to use any and all content developed by SMG (in part or in full), regardless of ownership, for display and self-promotional (portfolio) purposes (online or offline).

Payment
50% down and 50% upon completion of project. Project must be paid in full before files are released. Projects under five hundred dollars ($500.00) must be paid in full before work is rendered.

Payments must be received IN FULL before any Creative is published. A 5% (of total job) LATE FEE will be assessed to all outstanding or past due balances outside 10-day grace period. A terminal fee will be assessed for projects over $500.00.

 

 

Termination
Customer can choose to terminate their project at any point, at which time no additional charges will be assessed or collected by SMG. The customer retains no rights to any of the design work SMG has completed for them, and SMG retains full ownership of all work completed on the project to date, and may display said Creative on website or portfolio.

Turn Around:
Initial design concepts will be presented within 7-10 business days unless a rush order has been placed,, in which case designs will arrive within 48 hours.

Refund Policy:
SMG does not offer refunds. In the unlikely event a client is unsatisfied with any/all work rendered and paid in full, SMG will extend credit (minus 10% overall initial project cost) towards any other service we offer. Credit expires six months from date of purchase.

SMG Branding & Placement [ Web ONLY ]
For website packages and development, SMG requires sub-prime web presence for the SMG company logo with an active link for the life of the published product designed by SMG.
